We offer an 8-week online workshop, developed by U.S. licensed therapists, psychology Ph.D., certified life and Career Coaches, and tech professionals, to help employees transform their work relationships.

Practical skills and real application through group exercises, discussions, and sharing to uncover blind spots, break habitual thinking/behavior, and enhance interpersonal relationships.


Who should join?

  • 🙋‍♂️Professionals in North America who often feel anxious, depressed, or stressed, are physically and mentally exhausted, and struggle to cope or balance work and life.
  • 🙋‍♂️Professionals who prefer not to seek one-on-one therapy, fear that a therapist might not fully address workplace issues.
  • 🙋‍♂️Individuals who can commit to an 8-week online program and are willing to grow, and accept an online group setting.

What is included?
